What is a legacy mentor?
A Legacy Mentor is a guide who helps a young person discover their purpose and develop the skills to turn their ideas into tangible community impact. You provide the real-world perspective, support, and encouragement on their journey.
What is the time commitment?
We ask for a commitment of one year to build a strong, trusting relationship. This includes:
Meeting with your mentee twice per month.
Attending quarterly mentor community events.
What training do mentors receive?
Youth Development & Psychology:Understanding the teenage brain and motivation.
